What You ll Do

Reporting to the Site Planner, you will be the expert in the implementation of materials strategies and processes in the supply chain to production manufacturing which will optimize all factors of production assuring customer satisfaction through the availability of high-quality products at the lowest practical cost. You will be part of a dynamic team who lives and fosters the IPL Corporate Values. Other duties will include:

  • Demonstrate and /or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSEC performance standards, objectives, and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable process, to include preparing receipts, orders, transactions, and reports through SAP business systems and communicate progress and outcomes.
  • Assist with administrative activities for ATF, DHS, and DNR, as well as applicable regulations.
  • Assist Production Managers to ensure inventory accuracy and review of Bills of Materials.
  • Explain inquiries to the Site Manager and /or Procurement Team and work with internal and external resources to resolve materials issues and problems.
  • Provide support and guidance regarding all inventory activities for Material Control department, provide backup site planning support.
  • Manage the controlling expenditures of raw materials to achieve financial targets.
  • Inventory levels kept on hand at this site.

What We re Looking For:

  • Bachelor s degree in business related field preferred.
  • 2 years minimum of administrative/clerical experience preferred
  • 2 years minimum experience in production, procurement, or materials management required
  • Supervisory/managerial experience preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Prior experience in lean manufacturing techniques preferred
  • Must satisfy the requirements for a possessor of explosives as defined by BATFE
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal manner
  • Ability to listen, understand and process technical information
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain the confidentiality of all data
  • Knowledge of Lean Management principles
  • SAP capability, SHAERS, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to provide effective facilitation of programs and processes.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
